The correct answer is c. During DNA Replication, the process requires 5 total enzymes. DNAa begins the unwinding of the DNA strands; then helicase comes in and unwinds it completely; DNA Primase is needed to install an RNA primer to begin the process; then DNA Polymerase transcribes the sequence, while simultaneously dissolving the RNA primers; finally ligase ligates the leading and lagging strands of DNA. In mRNA transcription, RNA Polymerase does everything, including unwinding the double helix and transcribing the sequence, while exchanging every thymine base for a uracil base.
