Foresight is a pre-optometry club aimed to help students through the application process of optometry school and students who are interested in optometry in general. We offer events such as mock interviews, OAT nights, and events to interact with the optometry students and faculty here at this the Berkeley School of Optometry and from many other optometry schools.
Foresight has given me many opportunities to learn about optometry and has helped me solidify my path. I’ve met many friendly and helpful people along the way. I love how diverse our club is in terms of our events aimed at new learners (Optometry 101 – The Basics) and individuals ready to apply (OptomCAS Night). We’re also a very social club and it’s helped me find a safe place at Berkeley! |
